Exchange & Return Policy

At bexvintage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our exchange and return guidelines carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at support@bexvintage.store with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for the same product or another item are subject to stock availability.

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference.

  • If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
